RCG needs to take on & bash the Roosters pack to even get in on the conversation. He is capable, but its time for a really dominant performance to show what he has got.

That's what makes me angry about him. He isnt a bad player being bad. He is perfectly capable of being a top prop when he runs hard and defends properly.

One thing that gives me hope with Nathan is that Mitch Pearce has improved quite a bit over his career.
I have to say, watching Origin and waiting for Cleary to do something in the second half - it reminded me of all those times we'd wait for Pearce to do something in all those those games he had. I'm just wondering whether Cleary really is a good 1-3 years away from developing his game to the next level. With the extra hours he puts in at practice, kicking, watching videos- sounds like he has the professional attitude of a Cronk, who put in a lot of work to get to where he is. Thinking he just needs the right coach.

Yeah, not sure Daddy's the right coach for him.

So after today it's pretty much guaranteed to be Cleary and Maloney for game 2 you would think. Unless they have shockers all of a sudden next week.

The fact Wighton was even in the side to start was ridiculous. Yeh he’s been decent this year but I don’t think a month of good footy in 3 years warrants a spot, nor should you be rewarding a bloke that bashed a few guys in the street for no reason just 6 months ago.

He’s not an impact player either. Never played in the forwards. Wasn’t a good fullback. He’s only useful if a back goes down.

Someone like radley can cover the middle and the edge forward spots aswell as hooker and brings some natural footy instincts and skill.

Simple Jack and his tiny brain have no place in Origin. Jimmy to 6, Walker 14 & Jack to go back to hurtin' in the sheds.

Probably right. Would be a mistake. While Cleary is yet to mature into his final form Maloney compliments him perfectly.
Freddie loves Wighton. One of his favourite players.

He does but as bad as NSW played. They lost by 1 try.. Which was an intercept.
T.Turbo will come in
Klemmer out. Will force a bench reshuffle I can't see more changes than that

Need another straight up forward on the bench. Drop Crighton for Funicane would be my pick.
