If one the players from the dragons where injured during the series, I would be devastated. I feel sorry for the cowboys, their season is most likely over now.

Even though we lost this series, for the first time in a long time i have seen more NSW fans and more Blues passionate about their state and you can sense a change in the players attitude towards playing for NSW. Origin is nowhere near dead, yeah Qld have won 6 in a row but this series was one of the closely contested in a LONG time and NSW has given their fans hope heading into the future. It is not dead at all.

I'm not doubting it mate. I was trying to explain the significance of the 24-0 lead to my brother who only watches soccer, and how we couldn't come back. And come the end of the 2nd half we were back in it.

But the last 5 minutes the game was gone, NSW should have put the biff on mate. QLD would have if we ruined Lockyers party, you could bet on that. But QLD ruined what should have been NSW series and we copped it sweet.

Sorry, the great thing about rugby league is the three tiers (club, state, international).

We drop Origin and we drop one of our major advantages (3 of our 4 highest rating games and crowds)
