Corny cliche time. But it's true, and has been proven.

You know how people always say laughter is the best medicine? It's true - laughter is one of the greatest ways to relieve stress.

It gets the endorphins flowing, and recent studies have shown that they help improve concentration.

Just ask everyone I know...They're never stressed, because I make them laugh...And what do I get in return? Stress...

The ironing is delicious...

no i like Paul Walker because he is sex on legs and i swear if i ever got him he wouldnt be goin outside for weeks :p

Yeah...But after watching "Into the blue" four times (God Jessica Alba is gorgeous) I couldn't help but realise what a puny, scrawny GIRLY man he is!

Nah, just joking...Although he isn't as ripped as some say he is, judging by that film...

Still, I'd want to be him to have played his part in that movie...

Yes. Then, and ONLY then, will you be free of your problems!

It probably sounds irresponsible or like you're post-poning issues. But if you go out and have a good time, you'll feel re-energised and re-focused.

It does help - I was bummed after I broke my neck playing League (in a cruel twist of fate, there was a talent scout at the very match I injured myself). Took me a while to get back into it (then I broke both my ankles...Yeah...), but going out and having fun (once the neck brace was off lol) really cleared my mind and helped me re-focus.

Friends, family and fun - the most important fundamentals in life in my view.

I'd have to agree...

Though for mine, I'd change Paul Walker for Elisha Cuthbert....

Oh man that would be awesome...

THAT IS SO HOT...

OK, back to reality...

I see your point.

But see you have to manipulate people - you get people to pay for you lol.

And if that fails, why not have a house party or something? That way, your biggest concerns are...I'm not sure what they are...

Nah, it's perfectly normal.

Young people are under more stress these days than in any other decade.

And regarding the money thang...I've just always been old-fashioned that way. Pay for her. Chivalry, yadda yadd. But it ain't everyone's cup of tea.

But as long as you can have fun or laugh, then your problems may be slightly alleviated.

I know I have - last Monday I got fired AND dumped AND I found out I failed everything at Uni (damn useless Third Rate crappy instituion...).

But I'm laughing now - I won't give the beeatch the antidote, I won't go back to uni AND I'll run over my boss.

So it's all fine.

I'm laughing now.

MWAHAHAHAHA!

And no - I don't need a shrink lol.

Tell me about it! lol

I can explain a few, though:

* I failed uni because I just don't care, and subsequently didn't go to the obligatory practicals;

* I got fired because they had to lay off staff or they'd go broke (apparently).

* And apparently she dumped me because she found someone else - someone better. See, I know she's lying - someone 'better' than me? As if!

:D

Yes but it is funny.

It is!

I laugh about it. OK, at the time I was angry with her (hell, it was the Monday before X-mas and I'd just bought a beautiful bracelet for her..set me back $500...lol) but I'm over it now.

And the other crap, while annoying, is actually funny.

And funnily enough, I'm not stressed.

It's because of the laughter lol.

What makes it funnier is the fact that u find it funny. If you were all cut up and going to commit suicide that would be uncool and unfunny.

Yeah I guess so...Never thought about it that way...

I mean don't get me wrong - I do still have feelings for her. She's a special person to me.

But in my books, someone who one day tells me she 'loves me' and has never met anyone like me and then three days later gets with a mate of mine...Well, I don't exactly hold her in the highest regard after that!

And the reason I find it even funnier - she cheated on me with a mate, and yet I got dumped!

Didn't give me the chance! lol

It's important to laugh, though. I was languishing for two years in a dead-end job and hating uni.

After I thought things through (after some great nights out and nights in with mates and family), everything is much clearer and better.

It's cliched, but it is so true - laughter is the best medicine. Have fun those you love and everything will be Ok, I think.

END RANT

Being cheated on then dumped before you get the chance to do it sucks, been there done that, and it was the one and only time that I have EVER been dumped.

Glad to hear that your not to upset about it, I dont know how you do it! I would be completely devestated if a guy and my mate betrayed me like that!

Wish I could see the world as positively as you do

watch a DVD.

I usually watch the Origin DVD, relive some classic moments. Also I watch Parramatta 86 GF or any GF they won, or some sporting DVD you wanna watch over and over again. It helps.:D
