Been trying to be healthy, cos I haven't been able to gym very much....fking uni work comes along, next minute it's Dominos for dinner.

The only difference between being in your twenties and being in your mid thirties is that when you get in your mid 30's you don't give a f**k about the diet.

You even convince yourself that dominos is health food. Meat is vital in a healthy diet, as is your breads/dough. Throw some veggies on there with some pineapple and tomato and cheese and you have all food groups covered.

The balance is a bit f**ked up, but meh.

It's not a big deal, tbh. I'm a fking good cook (if I do say myself :p) so eating well is never that much of a issue. It's just funny how being back at uni I revert to a lot of old, not so good habits.

Planking is really good for your core. It doesn't look like much but try holding a plank for a minute, it's f**ked
