androtrop did I say Sam Obst was currently IN the SL? f**king moron.

Obst was a one man army in the SL

Scrubs like Sam Obst are superstars in the ESL.

ESL is nice on the eye but their best would scrape in to the NRL 8 in a good year.

You may have not used the exact words, but we all know you have NFI.

Player of the year for Wakefield at that time, when they were barely staying afloat, is hardly anything to write home about.

No, he won the award twice. Both seasons off the bench as an interchange hooker. I don't think being named player of the year in one of the worst teams in the league qualifies you as a 'superstar', and I'm pretty sure Wakefield's best ever player is Wally Lewis. You should probably just admit you have NFI what you are talking about and leave the forum.

Am I right in saying The King only played a handful of games for what's their name? His career there was before my time so I'm happy to corrected on his playing time in the old dart.

I'll accept that The King was the most talented player to ever play for, Er them, but Sam Obst far and away their greatest performer who dominated from the bench!

Either way, since you've said Scrubs LIKE Sam Obst ARE superstars, you have more examples? I'd love to hear you embarrass yourself some more.

Oh, current SL players only please, no championship hacks.

dominated?? lmao

I'd be embarrassed as well if Sam Obst dominated my league. I mean let's face the facts it's not hard to dominate the ESL, little Brett Hodgson did it in his first season in his 30's and even Rangi Chase is tearing the shit out the comp

The English can't even win their origin lol

What an absolute tool!

Look up Neil Fox

Or for that matter Jonty Parkin, Derek Turner, Harold Poynton, David Topliss, Trevor Skerrett,
Don Fox, Ian Brooke etc. etc. etc.

Wakefield Trinity are one of the oldest Rugby League clubs in the world
Show some respect!

Souffs are old as well and bugger respecting them.

So, TT, I'm confused by your vague intimations. Do you, or do you not like the European Superleague?

I used to but it's on channel nine at dumb hours so I haven't watched much since it left fox. I IQ'd every Fitzy game though.

I miss it tbh.

It will be interesting to see how Manly go in the NRL this year.

I was not impressed with some of there players in the WCC and if they shine like they did last year then i may have to re-assess this debate.
