I have a lot of ideas to improve things, but most of them involve getting rid of shit changes like the re-rate. I doubt any will pass given the CEO isn't actually in charge anymore. I'll get shouted down at every turn by the old codgers on the board.

I basically want to rerate back to how things were, tinker with contracts/safety nets to better distribute talent, and revamp the site to make the game more attractive. Of course, those who've been there longest are very reluctant to embrace that. I don't blame them - its hard to embrace change that benefits others.

I'll be simming games once a week too. No more of this two weeks a round and waiting for a second simmer to sim games because someone has trust issues.

I have my brothers' SNES, our N64 (I have 2 of these now except one doesn't have the cords, f**kwits borrowing cords and never returning should DIAF, how's that for Gen Y) and a sega megadrive in my room now. Don't know if the SNES even has any games left/still works, still have all my old N64 games except for my favourite one (I don't want to talk about it) and the sega megadrive probably takes 1 hour to turn on and actually work.
