No, that's Le Tour de France.
EDIT: great scenery though.
They don't excite me. Go crucify yourself.
I would just rather get some sleep instead of watching some lycra clad git relentlessly pedal their way through the scenery.
I would rather play tennis than watch it. And I'm terrible at tennis. I do enjoy it though. Table tennis! Nah!
Lawn bowls! Subtlety, tactics, sledging, mental disintegration and a couple of beers makes for a great time. Best game I ever played was against the Reservoir foursome in Division 9. They were all in their 80's and they destroyed us. Had us laughing so hard we could barely stand. Had to resort to stealing their walking frames.
Still lost....
You shut your whore mouth bitch.
Where's Didgi? I need to pick your rebel sport brain.
I need cross trainers. Stability for dodgy knee. Good for my back. And I have high arches. Recommend please.

now pay him
Nice! Fired up a few old games earlier tonight. Makes me happy in a way that actual human interaction could never hope to achieve...
I got mine in christmas of '94 aswell. Glad I hung on to her
Thorson certainly knows how to multiquote.
I get by with a little help from my friends.
Go Goldeneye or go home.
Just got home from World War Z. Mediocre and poorly written IMO. Friend liked it, but she is the Margaret Pomeranz to my David Stratton.
Theeya in 7 weeks.

BTW, inb4 cliffy and only Solomon runners sourced from the skin of central African Olympic gold medallists are suitable for running in.
Why cross trainers? A lot of people come in saying they need a cross-trainer when really a much lighter running shoe is going to be infinitely kinder on their feet/ankles/knees. If you're doing no running but a lot of other gym work (by this I mean weights, I guess with your back not so much?) then a nice flat runner is a better bet. If you're doing no running but other class work - boxing/other classes that require a lot of jumping around and lateral movement then go for a nice sturdy runner that fits your foot - Asics Kayano/GT-2000 (lighter, my personal favourite, so easy to sell)/Phoenix; Any stability in the Adidas/Brooks ranges; or a Nike Pegasus/Lunar for something a bit lighter. Those recommendations stay true for if you're doing mainly running too.
The simple fact is there's nowhere near the range in cross-trainers as there are in runners, and a lot of them are court-based, which has its ups and downs. If you want to go with one then Asics remains your best bet.
Overall recommendation, depending on how it fits your foot Kayanos are probably best, but if it's a stability and cushioning overload you need it might be worth your while to go with something like a GT-2000 and get some decent innersoles in there. Doesn't need to be f**k off expensive custom ones, just something to add some arch support and a bit of gel at the back.
It's 9:30 in the morning. Nobody should be subjected to a TED talk until at least lunch time.
(there are some fascinating topics on there, but generally the presentations are lacking a little)
