When you're anxious or panicy, the first thing you should always do is stop moving. take a deep breath, count to 3 and then think of the solution to your problem, then carry out the solution.I'm in a bit of a pickle. So, I have a bit of an anxiety problem, but I've never taken medication for it. I am trying to decide whether or not it would be worth looking into. The thing is, I'm not ALWAYS anxious, I'd just love something to calm me down on those occasions when I feel like I'm going to jump out of my skin. Any suggestions?
Its not easy and it takes time, but once you master it, it sticks.
