I had a blind friend (literally blind) who was kicked out of a bar and beaten up for being 'too drunk'.

He ended up suing the bar. He had only had a single beer and only looked drunk because he had trouble navigating the crowded dance floor that one of our (much drunker) friends had dragged him out onto.
