Woolshed is definitely still going, school mate's Dad owns the place. Good spot and apparently not filled with the grunge of Cairns like Society and Gillies.

I don't mind the Woolshed. It's very back-packer, which is great if your single and with mates - but not so great if you're all coupled up as I was when I was last in Cairns.

Because it used to be the g-string capital of NSW. Plus, central coast chicks used to be easy. Sadly, they've wised up a bit since the troppo days.

I remember going there one night and a guy and girl were rooting each other on the floor in the retro room. The guy was sitting on the carpet with his back to the wall and some chick was straddling him.

Classy place.
