It's too early for beer if I started drinking now, but not if I had been drinking since last night.

Alas, I was asleep by 10pm and now find myself awake at 3am.

Pshaw, drink up and have a nap if you go overboard, that's the plus side of having a full day to drink. Only reason the time should stop you is if you need to hit up the bottle-o.
