Lay off the Baozi Dutchy. Jiaozi is the king of dirty Chinese street eats. I don't know if Nanjing is any good at it but street Barbeque in Central China is absolutely amazing. Especially when you wash it all down with Snow Beer mixed with Jinjiu.

Mad street food here, and the jaozi is one of the few things Jiangsu does well. The baozi is okay, but nothing to write about about.

This is especially true if you have a dedicated local as I do. I normally tip at about 50% and still save plenty.
