The options I saw on the SMH poll were Ennis, Peats, Hinchcliffe, Rein and Gidley ffs. Hinchcliffe seems a safe option but doesn't inspire confidence, Rein is nowhere near origin standard, Ennis and Gidley have been tried and failed and Peats has had a quarter of a season as a regular at hooker.

Peats is all class. If Farah is out, he should be next cab off the rank - form hooker of the comp.

Thanks to your wonderful team, we FINALLY have a good hooker. The last time we had a hooker worth anything was when Riddell and Marsh were playing in tandem in '05 and '06.

Nathan Peats has pretty much single-handedly transformed this team - strong defence, great attitude, smart dummy-half running and crisp service from dummy-half.
