I'm a big fan of Farah's - quality, quality player. And NSW could use him.

I'd be inclined to go with Peats as Farah's replacement. Origin is faster than NRL and Farah's speed out of dummy half has been a revelation this year.

The alternate options being sprouted as Farah's replacement are quite slow players. Hell I'd actually suggest John Morris ahead of all of them, he's a good defender, solid attacker out of dummy half, dependable and consistent.

But Peats should be strongly considered as first option imo.

Farah is NSW's best hooker IMO, and one of the best in the code.

Unfortunately, he won't be able to play game I, which sucks.

But of the selectors choose wisely, we have a player in Peats who, while not as creative, is tough, a very good defender and a smart player. He lacks Robbie's creativity and ability to spark an attack, but he would do a good job if called upon IMO.

He's certaint a better option than Ennis or Gidley.
