Also, if you reckon CC has better beaches, you haven't been to south coast beaches

Been to a few for both; there's some pretty good ones on both sides. Just prefer some of the locations in the central coast is all.

Central coast beaches? Pfft. South coast beaches? Double pfft. You guys need to experience St Kilda beach.

Perth is a great place, and just ftr, its not in the middle of the desert, some one must have failed geography.
Well there's a shitload of desert between here and there.

Yeah fair enough Melbourne has shithouse beaches. When you're within 50m of a coastline you'd rather be in Sydney than Melbourne but the other 99% of Melbourne is way better than Sydney.

You're just jelly ;-)

Have to agree on the beaches bit. Central Coast is blessed in that regard. Not sure on the 'things to do' bit.

 numpty. Does this ring a bell? Hint - its part of the name beginning with 'I'.

You mean the few pebbles on the shoreline at St Kilda?

Sorry Hoppity, but that's no beach.

agree the bay beaches are pretty naff... but st kilda beach would be the equivalent of something you'd get near drummoyne..

vic surf coast > entire nsw coastline.
