It's such a shame you guys miss out on the JA talk, as it means no matter how bad or stupid you feel after something that you can just go there for 5 minutes and know you're a Rhodes Scholar compared to some of those muppets.

i think my two favourite comments were in response to some figures i posted (club financials from the past 5 years..)

the first one was essentially saying the figures were crap because "they didn't match up with the anecdotal stuff that had been floating around the forum"

i kid you not.

the second one was about to a 17% increase to average crowd size & $700k-odd increase in ticket revenue vs the previous season, basically saying there was no correlation between the two...

I don't know why you sound so surprised. Surely there's been studies regarding the correlation between mental geniusation and supporting the Dragons?

I used to love reading Parra forum during their horribly shit years. Forum meltdown after a loss, occasionally after a win. Same with the Sharks, but it stopped being funny when all the off-field shit happened because I felt sorry for them instead.

Ahh the salt and pepper thread. Needs the right balance amirite.

Too much salt at the Dragons, only a sprinkle of pepper.

I like the Sharks forum. Most of them are pretty good & cop the joys of supporting the Sharks with good humour. They do have a few special cases though. Parra forum is a gold mine of stupid.

seconded..

i know with the local rivalry etc dragons fans are supposed to dislike sharks fans, but based on the sharks fans i've interacted with on here, i have no beef with the sharks at all & hope they do well..
