No one cares Baz.

Now... (this one should be easy).

Four members of a band are walking to a night concert. They decide to take a shortcut, but must cross a bridge. Luckily they have one flashlight. Because of the varying size of their instruments, it takes each member a different amount of time to cross the bridge - it takes the first person one minute, the second person two minutes, the third person five minutes and the fourth person ten minutes. They must cross the bridge in pairs, traveling at the slower speed so if the one minute person went with the ten minute person, it would take a total of ten minutes. Since there is only one flashlight, one person must come back across the bridge, then another pair can cross. They only have 17 minutes to cross the bridge and still get to the concert on time. What order should they cross to get everyone across and get to the concert?

simple.

to make it easy i classify the 4 people as such:

singer - 1 minute
guitar - 2 minutes
bass guitar - 5 minutes
drummer - 10 minutes.

trip 1 - singer & guitarist cross, 2 minutes. singer returns, 1 minute

running total 3 minutes.

trip 2 - bass guitar & drummer cross - 10 minutes. guitarist returns, 2 minutes.

running total, 15 minutes.

trip 3 - singer & guitarist cross again, 2 minutes.

total 17 minutes.

or they could have been true rock & roll and just have turned up fashionably late.

They cant manage to navigate a bridge in the dark?

Negative.

You see it's one of those bridge/river crossing riddles which there are many of. The farmer with the dog, corn and chicken, the family with the police officer and the bandit. There are quite a few of them.

for example:

drew-sta, muzby, bulldog force & sensesmaybenumbed arrive at a river crossing with only one boat to get them across, and only two people can go at a time..

given drew-sta is the only one who knows how to row a boat, he has to make all trips... the dillemma he is faced with is as follows:

- BF can't be left alone on the same side of the river as muzby as he'll try to molest him.

- muzby can't be left on the same side of the river as sensesmaybenumbed or he'll get him too drunk and they won't be able to go on.

so how does drew get everyone across the river?

FFS you killed the page soc

Also you know there is a difference between a flash light and a flashing light.

Yes, we have flashing lights in Australia. I dont know what a flashlight is, I have heard they are an American thing.

so how does drew get everyone across the river?

He takes BF first, rows out 20 metres & then whacks him in the head & tosses him overboard.

He then goes back & gets SMBN who has only managed one beer in such a short time.

Lastly he returns to collect Muzby who has polished off the remaining beers. Luckily he can handle his piss & boards the boat without incident.

Lol @ BF googling the riddle muzby posted, what a gronk.

For those that are curious, I put the logic to solve the riddle in an excel sheet (although there may be better logic for all I know). Obviously don't look at it if you don't want to know the answer.
