I dunno if Parra is the worst roster. Possible worst backline though.

On the other hand, the Tigers have a backline of potential class, a good front row, reasonable back row to start with and nothing beyond those 13 players, so they get done.

Knights have a pretty good three quarter line and a couple of good forwards and nothing else.

GC are just mediocre top to bottom bar Myles, sometimes. Cronulla are pretty bad as well.

There's a bit of competition for worst roster.

Parra havent been helped by successive short coaching stays though. Or a criminally insane board

Our backline is awful, halves inconsistent, and a lot of our forwards are a bit over-rated imo.

Collectively, it's a dud team.

Over working your team sounds like a great idea... I would just get them to bring in a medical certificate, but each to their own.
They don't need one for only one day missed. The way I see it, is that it's only fair to have them pick up their own slack.

I've heard of a few workplaces that have it, if you're away sick on a Monday or Friday, a certificate is needed.

It is in general, actually. Employer just needs to ask. http://www.fairwork.gov.au/leave/sick-and-carers-leave/paid-sick-and-carers-leave/notice-and-medical-certificates

Employers can ask an employee to give evidence to confirm why they have been away from work at any time. This includes even if an employee has only been off sick for 1 day.

An employee who doesn't give their employer evidence when asked may not be entitled to be paid for their sick or carer?s leave.

Well done. One thing life has taught me, contra Hollywood, is that the biggest merkins tend to finish first.
Explains why you've supported Man Utd the last twenty years;-)

A customer brought in a glass and a workmate kept it for me, which was pretty nice. it's just a whiskey glass from JD that says Gentleman Jack on it but, given that's my name, it's pretty cool

Some cum guzzler got a hold of my credit card details and tried to charge $4000 to it. Bank spotted it straight away, but now I've got to hope my card arrives before I leave for China >_<
