If this is true, it doesn't change the fact that the ISIS scum could very well kill more people than the Russians are inadvertently killing.

So... Get killed by one bunch of lunatics, or get killed by another bunch of lunatics claiming to save you. Not much of a choice.

Not a criticism of you; just suggesting its a shit scenario.

Drew, you merkin: get your orders in so I can play our final.

Sorry bro, tonight. Can you send me a DB too?

It's seemed like a longer week, not a shorter one.

I love New South Wales though, every year we get the Monday off after the Grand Final

History of modern intervention over the past twenty-five or so years.

  • Soviets invade Afghanistan
  • US back the Mujahideen against the Soviets
  • Mujahideen split into Al Qaeda and the Taliban
  • September 11
  • US invade Afghanistan, back government who endorse the mass rape of children
  • US invade Iraq, topple Saddam Hussein
  • ISIS emerges in Iraq and Syria

That's without getting into the US propping up the Saudis who are probably the worst of all and the US staging a coup in Iran for oil rights and then ending up with the Ayatollah.

The bit between the US back the Soviets and the Mujahideen split had something to do with the US intervention, which is where they went from supporting the US to wanting to kill the US.
