I got sun stroke on Monday and because I trained too hard then and yesterday, my muscles are so f**ked now, my lower back is killing me, I've had a migraine for three days, I struggled to get through a ladders workout, consisting of push ups, inverted rows, let me ins and military press, I am so ashamed of myself.
My lower back hurts like hell.
this. srsly.Seriously Cliffy, you need to actually stop and let your body rest when shit like that happens to you. If you had have done that you'd probably feel ok today

The one thing about those old karting games is how difficult they were. Not so much CTR but Super Mario Kart and Diddy Kong Racing still require a lot of focus if you want to beat the AI on the hardest difficulty.
That damn Octoupus in DKR...

I had forgotten what George Bush looked like, it took me a while to realise who that was.
But I'd get fat and fat = unfit.
Missing two days won't make you fat, but what if I fall out of the habit of training after missing two days, or feel bloated from two days of not training. This will lead to self deprecation and frustration, making me less motivated to train, my sessions will get weaker and my effort will decrease, they become less effective, and then I'll eat icky food to try and feel better only to feel worse, then the guilt will make me eat more.
