Any of that sort of highly coloured gourmet stuff is the best for you. Cos is a lot better than iceberg too. They all taste better as well. Alternatively, you can use baby spinach or rocket in place of lettuce.

I wasn't able to go to Kickboxing for a week because of manflu and recently got back on Thursday last week. Was out of breath at the end of the lesson.

Good news is I dropped down from 93 kilos to 86.8 kilos, which is my lightest for a while now.

Thaiday was actually quite good today, very hands on & helped our ball movement tremendously. He's had an average season but he's played injured all year, really should have gone for shoulder surgery a lot sooner.

Loss was disappointing but given where we are I'm not at all surprised. Bounce of the ball and calls pile up on ya and eventually it takes it's toll. 2012 isn't our year and unless the coach makes some big calls 2013 won't be either.
