I have never had curly hair, and actually have trouble curling it except if I go for a swim and don't wash my hair right away and just tie it up, then it goes curly and chlorine filled

is it okay to take soluble panadol (panadeine actually) without dissolving it?
I don't plan to swallow it whole, just let it sit on my tongue with some water

The Panadol Soluble chewable tablet must be chewed thoroughly before you swallow it.
Make sure your hands are dry when handling the Panadol Soluble disintegrating tablet. Place the tablet on your tongue. It will begin to dissolve right away. Do not swallow the tablet whole. Allow it to dissolve in your mouth without chewing.

interesting, this is panadeine though and the pharmacist said to dissolve it, but those instructions were specific to the throat condition I had at the time because that allowed me to gargle it. Apparently panadeine rapid soluble has the highest amount of codeine of any paracetamol available over the counter (which is why I bought it)
