One of the few Union 5/8s with the necessary skills to make a successful transition if you ask me. I don't know much about their game though, just going on what i've seen.

Another good thing for the Warriors and league as a
game would be that he would put bums on seats.

Union is, as I understand, is huge in New Zealand and "King Carlos,"
as he is known is one a the top characters in the game.

An all round solid acquisition for the Warriors.

Good skills but I don't think he'd make it. Don't know that much about him but seems a bit of an ego and gets frustrated easily when things don't go his way.

Would he play halfback or five eigth?

Article mentions that Stacey Jones might be on the outer. Can't understand why. He's their best player, and seems to be their heart and soul, and you wouldn't put him anywhere other than halfback.

Too old and entrenched in his ways to guide a team around the park successfully.

I could see him as 5/8 like Dykes in that the halfback does most of the orginisation and direction where Carlos will get the backs, pick the time to inject himself and be a great 2nd option kicker.

Would be crazy to put too much faith in him on a league field, those union boys get a bit more time to think and room to move compared to the pressure the halves get in league.

Would be like if Joey went to union, it would be BIG if he switched but the success would be more associated with off field admin to lure him across than whatever he would do on the field, which I think would be limited.

One thing is for sure....he'd be better then Stacey Jones who is playing like s**t.

I think this bloke is worth a punt as far as the Warriors are concerned. Play him at 5/8th, move Fein to halfback......they'd then atleast have some direction and got rid of some of the cancer from their club.

Next on this list, getting rid of Clinton Toopi.

From the fact the backline spends half the game lined up simply waiting for the ball to come out of the ruck and maul.

Ask Wendell, Lote and Rogers who's backline sees more ball.

As far as pressure is concerned do you really think the avergage game of Super 12's has the same sustained intensity as an NRL game? The slower the game the more time you have.

You must be ripping your gruts seeing Stacey is running 3rd/4th in the Dally M's this year. It must be tearing you to shreds to see your prejudged opinion of him is being laughed at by the rugby league pundits.

Disagree.

Remember, the halves have to contend with the opposition standing in their face when they receive the ball, whereas in league you get a free 10 metre start to create some space for yourself.
