I know Payten thinks he's a halfback but god I've seen halfbacks with twice as much mongrel as Todd

A lot like Carl Webb, Dane Carlaw's origin career was built on one moment. In Dane's case, it was being in the right place at the right time. I mean, he ran over the top of bloody Jason Moodie with 5 metres to go ... I'm 180cm and 76kg and I reckon I'd give the firefighter a run for his money 5 metres off the line.
Price - always backs into tackles and never runs straight.
"I love having that big thing inside me." - Eric Grothe talking about his new 3/4 line partner Ben Smith - 2005.
He ran over Brett Hodgson, my good sir.
he more extraordinary thing though is how big Joel Reddy looks. If you compare him to the guys standing near him, like Hayne/Inu/Mannah, he looks to be seriously about 6'7". That's preposterous (maybe he's on tiptoes??), but he has to be 6'4" bare minimum, yet he doesn't exactly play with a huge physical presence.
No way Reddy is 6'4". I walked past him at Bunnings at Nth Parramatta & he looked small to me. I'm 6'2" @ 102kg & I'd say Reddy would be about 6' @ 95kg.
last year id have agreed on Shillington but this year he's not shirk his responsibilities and the tough stuff for the most part, he's had 1 or 2 "soft" games, which i guess is to be expected but he's been outstanding this year. Making loads of hit ups and chewing through a heap of metres. Comes up with some bell ringers in defense too. Couldnt be happier with him
