This a bad situation for Storm and Bellamy will be spitting chips...

They now have to reassess all options and will probably have to start Inglis there..all set plays will need to be reviewed etc so this is an upset to the progress they would have made over the summer.

Bellamy could look at Maloney as well but he is more a halfback and is not proven at NRL level.

Do they look at Cam Smith at no 6 and Hinchcliffe at hooker ??...sounds crazy but a possibility ??.

Will this open the door for Crocker to sneak back in ??.

Either way - not a good situation for the club at all.

i was thinking hinchcliffe to 5/8...but reckon they will go with GI at 5/8 again.

no NRL club will sign him after the number of clubs he's been at is almost greater than the number of NRL games he's played.

The last thing I wanted to see this year was GI back at 5/8. FU Taumata.

Well Melbourne could have saved that if they didn't let loose a certain some one who is now living in NZ...he could be a problem solver for them if they weren't already self obsessed in keeping Inglis as an average partner to Coops

Those laughing at the boy really need to look into the circumstances deeper. It wasn't just an "altercation". Not a funny situation at all.

Well done on the Storm for acting immediately.

IDIOT. Not only has he let himself down again, but his mentor in Kearney. Storm weren't going to sign him, but Kearney put in a good word for him.

The Leadership Group at Melb. had the final say....

Stupid boy.
Look - He needs to go to rehab and get some anger management issues sorted out.
He is a talented player but his mental state and his handling of situations has let him down at potentially have a good career in RL.

Well done to Melbourne for acting so swiftly.
In terms of de-registering,is it really needed though?
Seriously,he's already proven he's not worth it....talented player or not he has done enough at first grade level for de-registration imo.

I wonder what the Storm are going to do with their roster now....surely Inglis would have been training back in the centres?
Don't put him back at pivot...

No other option, Shorty.

The only one Id even consider is Maloney to half & Cronk to 5/8 but I cant see Bellamy doing that.

With a history of off field violence I would be surprised if he is able to be registered by the NRL..and if he is registered then the sponsors of any club would be quite entitled to ask that club why employ a lout and an idiot regardless of ability.
The thing about Taumata is he has some ability but has not shown anything of note yet.
