Should end up 28-29k I think especially as finals games you have the buy your tickets & not rely on all season ticket holders to turn up to get a sell out.

Should have 80% of the crowd. Our record at commbank when we have a bigger crowd then 25k is 7-1 and the scoreline is 300-95.

Only loss when the crowd reached that mark was the Tigers this year.

It really is a fortress when the crowd is up and about which is probably underestimated.

We have won 13+ in all 7 wins as well when we reach that 25k mark.

Crawley can't really say too much against Sticky for fear it might get his brother sacked.

If we lost this one BA will be gone. No excuses in my books. We arent even playing them on a mutal ground in Sydney like normal. We get them at our home ground unlike the Sharks vs Souths.
This would be embarrassing if lost. I expect us to blow the arse end off them. Beat Cowboys by 20 and win the grand final 13-12 in extra time against the mountains men.

Have been looking at flights to Townsville. Accomodation rare or through the roof since Cowboys got the home semi. Should have booked last week

I think most are Pessimistic due to 36 years not winning a premiership and being let down numerous times in finals matches where parramatta have gone in favourites.

To be fair, Didnt our (at the time) incompetant board offer Stuart a get out at clause any time, should a Raiders gig become available? Thats how desperate we were back then to get a high profile coach, after rookie SKs failure

Cleary didnt have that clause at the Tigers, and was alwasy saying"I have a contract here" when quizzed about rumours of going to Penrith? then just left

I think both are quite different ethically

I dont remember that. I do remember Spag Bol standing besides the weak gutted dog person proclaiming he was our Eels greatest signing since Jack Gibson.

Reckon we will win, but obviously history suggests we are a risk of losing…

However it’s amazing how much commentary are selecting the Raiders and using our performance against the Panthers as one of the reasons. Yet all this commentary at the same time picked panthers to beat us last week and had panthers odds on to win the comp….then act surprised we lost…….

gus even goes panthers could have won by more ….gee wasn’t it our effort that stopped the scoring blowing out…even after all our errors, it’s amazing panthers only managed 4 tries, and 2 gifted to them by Blake…

anyhow as I have said, our performance is being seriously underrated……..just need to repeat it again without the errors and we win!!
