I think we'll struggle if ba uses the sane game plan

Our maib forwards gave it their all against the storm and were played long minutes against a fresh panthers

If ba doesnt use his bench properly and we manage to scrape home, there's no way the players can chase the collision against a freah cowpats in nth qld and then against a brutal panfers side.

Our main forwards are burnt or close to

Now that Moses has cleared all the protocols, I am supremely confident we will win on Friday. Not nervous at all.
I wasn’t nervous last week either as there was only 2 outcomes - we win or we lose to a team no one expected us to beat. No one would have beat Penrith last week, and if Moses doesn’t go off whilst we may not have won there would have been 4-6 points in it at most. Waqa has his catching gloves on and we win.

we have rebounded from losses better than any team in the comp all year.

providing no one does something stupid to get sent off early, I feel we’ll have this game wrapped up with 20 to go (and probably give up an easy try or two again like we did against storm just so people have something to whinge about).

next week in Townsville is what I am nervous about. And that’s the conditions and home town refereeing that make me nervous

Honestly I don’t think Jake Arthur is the reason why we lose or win. Yes he’s slow as a sloth and not first grade standard. The concerning thing and what bothers most supporters is that We have better bench player options than Jake. Jake is being selected ahead of those players that can impact the game for the better and will help our chances further. That’s what people are upset with. To make matters worse he is not first grade standard let alone reserve grade standard.

The reason why we won’t win the premiership this year is the coach. He’s the reason why we have not won it or come close to winning it the last 3-5 years. He’s a choker and tactically inept.

if we had the likes of Bellamy or Robinson in charge with the same team (except nepo kid) then we win a GF for sure.

Ba's done a pretty good job this season so far, getting us into fourth is an achievement, getting us there in good condition and with a genuine shot is icing on the cake.

I reckon the second part there is where he's clearly improved, now a lot of that maybe luck or it maybe good management, probably a bit of both, but whilst we have had our ups and downs this season, what we haven't had is the slumps in form typical of previous seasons. We've bounced back from some pretty poor losses well, and gained some momentum going into the finals.

Despite our loss last week I still think we have some momentum going into this game, we've been playing good footy, and getting decent results. The master coach will have us primed, pumped and ready to go, and the forum meltdown will need to wait at least another week.

As for our bench, whilst I agree with most I'd rather a forward there instead of Jakey boy, the facts are that BA's use of the bench as he has, despite all the criticism, has got us to the finals in a decent spot in fourth, and in decent condition with injuries etc. This is inarguable, the result speaks for it's self. So whilst every merkin is saying that part of his coaching is broken, you can't point to results to justify that opinion, 'cause thus far the results say otherwise.

SEN just said Parramatta have not beaten Canberra twice in a season since 2000.

Our horrible record in Canberra probably explains that stat.

Well you’d hope so he’s been in their top 3 players all year. He’s crafty but most dangerous when people let him have space and skip across. Decent line speed and he is negated. Similar for Wighton.

Tapine is their key man. If Jnr & RCG can have us winning the forward battle after 10mins we will be well on our way to a win.
