Hastings came back a better player. Tackled ok last 2 weeks.

He didn't go to England because he can't tackle, he went because he was rissoled from two clubs for being a f**kwit on the piss and no club wanted to take the risk. But he always had massive talent, which is why Easts paid big money to poach him from St George before he'd ever played reserve grade.

As for Jai Field, he's in the UK because he's too good for reserve grade.

If impressive means that he no longer sledges his own teammates, then agree.

Most of us grow up, those NRL players that don’t will not survive the dickhead policy. Tod Carney etc.

I see Hastings around town occasionally, especially over the xmas break, he is very low key / respectful unlikely some NRL players you see. Always with his family, seems to have reached a level of maturity/contentment.
