What about hips, thigh area, right near the ass?Touching someone’s waist is not sexual touching.
The legal definition with respect to a female is chest, ass, vag. That’s it.

I’m not a lawyer so cannot argue semantics. Upper thigh may potentially constitute. Doubt hips wouldWhat about hips, thigh area, right near the ass?
Depends what you touch it withTouching someone’s waist is not sexual touching.
Semi’s case was thrown out of court, just as sean Kenny-Dowell’s was due to unreliable witnesses. I hope the same happens here.Na if he isn’t thrown in jail, he should be stripped naked and chained to front of the leagues with only the torn up remnants of his contract to cover himself!
Tear up his contract just like we did with that other trouble maker Semi Radradra!
None of theirs happened in a public venue with every inch of the floor covered by cctv…Semi’s case was thrown out of court, just as sean Kenny-Dowell’s was due to unreliable witnesses. I hope the same happens here.
perhaps I am the exception rather than the rule, but I believe if we want young men or men in general to respect women, there will be some consequence if the situation is not an innocent touch on the arm etc.
But he did his time in the big house for it. Jail is meant to have a rehabilitative purpose - for Ma'u it appears that it did. Helps if the person simply owns what they did, instead of protests innocence the whole f**king time (looking at you Jarryd!).Remember when Manu Ma'u played for us?
Anyone here have a problem with him playing for the Eels?
What he did was a f**king disgrace.
Again, by that term this guy had served his penalty after being found guilty (2 year good behaviour bond).Blake Ferguson was found guilty of indecent assault in 2013 in a nightclub.
He later joined us 6 years later did anyone stand up and have a problem then when we signed him over those matters not football related ones.
I believe the question is, at this point in time? The poster said he should not be allowed to play as of nowEveryone is entitled to their opinion on the Brown issue. If he is not guilty, as you were, I will support the kid as I always have. If he is guilty, I would prefer my club to take a stand against this and say this is not what we are about
Danny Wicks, how many chances did we give Corey Norman. People at the club wanted Lodge ffs!! Auvva's crimes made Brown look like a saint. Where was the moral outrage then???Kirisome Auvva
Kenny Edwards was another clown.
Why were at it Corey Norman.
People were happy for us to sign Curtis Scott a while back as well.
If you are looking for moral compass in Rugby League you will never find it.
You have no idea what he’s done, the circumstances of how it happened or how he currently feels about what’s happened.IF (and it’s a definite IF) Dyl is found guilty of 5 counts - anything short of termination would be a devastating effect on public image, sponsorship, memberships, community appeal of the club. It would be the only course of action.
This should be in the pride thread this post but I was responding to this quote.Danny Wicks, how many chances did we give Corey Norman. People at the club wanted Lodge ffs!! Auvva's crimes made Brown look like a saint. Where was the moral outrage then???

Hypocrisy and AFL go hand in hand. They are the most morally bankrupt sport on the planet. This should be in the pride thread this post but I was responding to this quote.
If there is a thing I have learnt in life is that people or organisations who take a morally outraged or take a moral stand can be picked apart and easy to find the hypocrisy in it all.
You only got to look at the fumbleball and the Sydney Swans for example. They made this big song and dance about taking a stand against gambling this year. They were not going to have any corporate sponsorship from gambling companies and no gambling advertising at home games which is all well and good. I think kids are exposed too much to gambling in this day and age.
But don't claim the moral high ground as a sporting organisation and puff your chest out about it when your major is Qatar Airways ffs. While the Sydney Swans want to parade themselves as the Pride round ambassadors.
Like its absolutely laughable the double standards right there when you look at Qatar's stance on the matter.
My mates a big time lawyer. Handles all sorts of big cases.
