Actually Brookie is relatively affordable (in relation to the rest of the Northern Beaches). 1.5 should quite comfortably get you a 2 bedder. That will be more expensive than 1.5million

One of my best mates bought at Brookie 18 months ago about 500m from the shithole of an oval.Actually Brookie is relatively affordable (in relation to the rest of the Northern Beaches). 1.5 should quite comfortably get you a 2 bedder.
The full time squad would all train together at every club regardless of what grade they’re playing. NSW Cup players outside the top 30 or development list would have day jobs so there wouldn’t be much on during the day for the full time players and staff.Jake can run the kids to daycare too
Do Manly reserves train out of Blacktown though

He and his missus paid $740k for a 2 bedroom flat.
You know his other mistake she is English haha. The only mistake he has made is that he bought with his missus.
Theres got to be an app to fix that.I'm sure there are People who watch it frame by frame just to see if they missed a bit without the pixelation
I think everyone who is tipping this week sees it as a lottery.Sportsbet reckon that we're the same odds as the brave Roosters.
Has anyone predicted Manly giving us a touch up yet ? That usually guarantees us a win.

Not that there's anything wrong with that f**ken!I'm sure there are People who watch it frame by frame just to see if they missed a bit without the pixelation
Margins are interesting. It's a 19+ win to the Eels, or a small win to the Eels or a medium win to the Eels or a small win to Manly in that order.I think everyone who is tipping this week sees it as a lottery.
No one knows what's going to happen with the quality out.
I assume we are favourites based on our strong home ground advantage.
If it was at brookie I would say odds would be reversed.
2 weeks ago i reckon 19+ would have been a certainty with Moses and Dylan expected to be available.Margins are interesting. It's a 19+ win to the Eels, or a small win to the Eels or a medium win to the Eels or a small win to Manly in that order.

Thats why i think we will just grind away tomorrow night and hope they lose there patience.I think we have the better team but they have the better strikepower (outside backs, Schuster & Olakauatu).
Dyls is betterAsi has footwork too.
If the the fat bloke Schuster and Jake are on and have field position, then I reckon they could be more creative than us. Plus Jake has a pretty long 7 iron kicking game, so we’ll be probably starting sets pretty deep.
So it will fall on our pack to win the middle, complete high % and DJ to kick us out of trouble. All the same we really only have Gutho swinging left or right with shifts to find the tries out wide. You can’t expect DJ or Matto to do much. In fact I think that this match will feel very much like those from a decade or so a go where our game plan was “here, you have a go”.
I think we have a better team on paper and all our squad are on good form, so that with the home ground adv should get us over the line. I think. Arm wrestle.
