Does anyone know why Timm is not on the team list?Hopefully, Korbin Sims is cleared to play.
We can't afford to waste a bench spot on Aitken. He either plays centre or he plays CC.
Lats is trying his best but if the team is to improve we need to give Kerr or Timm game time in FG.
The idea of promoting Allgood is Allbad.
We are going into Rd 10 outside the 8 let alone the top 4.
The closest we have come to dropping a player is Aitken to the bench but he still got a run so not really like a dropping for poor form , more like sorry but we need a goal kicker but don't worry EA I'll get you on asap.
I wonder of there is some stat minded person who might know how many players other clubs have dropped thus far for poor form?
Coach's entire time at the club has been about "stability" in the squad and it sure shows.
- Now HO wants "stability" in coaching and that sure shows as well.
- So f**king stable it hasn't moved an inch in any direction.
Your conclusion is even more pertinent now that he has secured his second early season extension. Our points diff is -20.
Take away the thumping of possibly the worst Dogs side in ages, we have had two 1 point wins and a 2 point win against Manly.
Talk of top 4 is ludicrous.
Paul will not change the squad, he will only alter the starting 13. Thats a far as he will go. Barring injury / suspension / SOO this 17 will see the season through.
As many have mentioned, coaches make changes and big calls after 1 game. They back themselves.

No matter how we finish the season, they will not get rid of McGregor.
They refused to make changes after a diabolical 2016 and an embarrassing 2017 so the chances of an early exit are next to nothing.
Waste of 3 more seasons including this one IMO.
I'm with you2 things,
I agree with your prediction that whatever the ladder position, come end of year, we will not see him sacked.
Secondly, I don't blame Paul at all... He didn't "appoint / extend " his contract. As fans we can bag him all we want, .. at the end of the day he is looking after himself and will be one of the longest serving coaches in Dragons history. Unbelievable I know.
To me, that is the biggest concern. That once again, we have gone off early, not having learnt from previous years. Mary is a result of bigger / gutless issues.
I'm with you
I hold no malice towards McGregor.
He has won the lottery and he is making every personal post a winner.
It's the jokers who appointed him and continue to extend him that are the problem.
That doesn't help us on game day though, does it?
And most thought the WIN buy in would bring professionalism that we desperately need. All it appears to have done is pay off the Illawarra debt & ensured the continuation of jobs for boys.No mate it doesnt, but until we change direction as a club and grow a pair, a win here and there is futile. I already have written this season off. We could be back here in round 15, hoping for a top 8 finish.. wont change my mind.
Win buy in was pre determined even though there were better financial deals on the table. And most thought the WIN buy in would bring professionalism that we desperately need. All it appears to have done is pay off the Illawarra debt & ensured the continuation of jobs for boys.

Yeah we need a goal kicker who misses all the time. But heyWe are going into Rd 10 outside the 8 let alone the top 4.

Yea your right again , but id rather that than a guy that misses tackles all the time ...... The love for this bloke of yours is really something .......Yeah we need a goal kicker who misses all the time. But hey
I think Mary will drop Dufty, Ravalawa, Host.Surely Timm gets a start this week in first grade.
His stats for the CC game yesterday were:
20 runs
213 running metres
107 post contact metres
18 hit ups
4 tackle breaks
39 tackles 3 missed
0 errors
Played 80 minutes as a prop.
There were a few others with good numbers as well including, Pearson, Saab, Runciman and Maranta (running metres a little askew due to a near 90m intercept).
Thanks for the info again. Timm continues to produce very good stats. He looked good in the trials. I want to see him given a run too.Surely Timm gets a start this week in first grade.
