They're getting paid 250k+ in most cases to play 20 odd games of football. If that's not enough motivation, then they can f*ck off. He's their coach, not their babysitter.
It's his job to move them out/down if they aren't motivated or aren't performing. He did that early in the season with Ese-ese, and everyone burst into tears. He's moving Levi on, and nobody gives it a second thought. He's tapped Buhrer on the shoulder, and again, that's ignored.
If there aren't changes this week, then yep, I'll cop it - but if you honestly believe that a pack of grown men need their hand held each week, need someone to manage their motivation, and need to be babied each week into putting their shoulder in to a tackle, you're a goose.
And below par for team selection? I keep seeing this, with no valid solutions. Tell me what your magical solution is.
