It’s like he doesn’t want to keep his job. Ffs. He doesn’t deserve to ever be a first grade coach again if Townsend plays

Of course Shaun Johnson is picked as on too much money to axe. He is due a superb individual try to be followed by 10 shithouse ones.

Great halves combo.

To be fair, the media release says this, which is at least and acknowledgment that if he could, he might.

Circumstances surrounding the fitness of key players has limited the ability of Sharks coach John Morris to make significant changes to his team to tackle the Bulldogs in a round six clash at Bankwest Stadium.

Despite calls in some quarters for a revamped Sharks line-up on the back of a defeat in the local derby on Sunday, the uncertainty as to the fitness of fullback Matt Moylan has reduced the options in relation to a rejig of the spine, with Morris retaining his starting 13 for the game this weekend.

A late withdrawal from the team that took on Dragons, Moylan has been chosen in jersey 21 with his progress to be monitored throughout the training week.

Ronaldo Mulitalo, impressive through the opening four rounds of the competition, also remains unavailable, his place this week again taken by Mawene Hiroti, however new recruit Bryson Goodwin has been named on the reserves list and comes into contention for an immediate call up into the Sharks side.

In the forwards Andrew Fifita will suit up for his second game of the year and should be better for last week’s run, while Siosifa Talakai and Royce Hunt have been elevated from the reserves list onto the Sharks interchange bench in jerseys 16 and 17.

The final make-up of the Sharks bench and 17-man squad is unlikely to be determined until following Saturday’s final session as Morris assesses the fitness and form of his squad, with the coach expressing that all 21 players named were in line to take the field on Sunday.

The Sharks squad for the game which kicks off at 6.30pm at Bankwest Stadium on Sunday, is listed below.

Is Billy injured? Is this team a gee up? So many questions
Weird one. I’m not a huge fan but he was decent against the storm and thought he may have forced himself into the 13 but Morris must not be a fan.

It’s insane that our better half is still f@&&king s@)$house atm. But hey at least he’s laying on tries.

The other sad excuse for a player had the audacity to look surprised he got tackled by the opposition after running sideways before he could through the inside ball. That boiled the blood

Disappointing . I thought the positives to come out of the local derby defeat was They keep Mary , and we get to cut some deadwood.

If we are stuck with Chad maybe it’s time to swap sides and get Johnson working with Wade. Chad played right side back in the day.

Leave chad and Shaun where they are. Wade needs to take control and play both sides. Parking him on the left is a waste.

Well ideally wade plays 13. But that’s unlikely. Simple shift of the halves is an easier start.

Us older ones can do that Ima.

I am quietly confident that "we" will only see one title win in our times (touch would we still have plenty more years left in us) ... but "we" did get to see one. That is one more than a lot of long termers didn't get to see.

I will still support the black white and blues but as for the game itself I just don't give a shit anymore.

I am over all the bullshit.
