Nothing much to add except to say theres several players that were "not trying" last week laughing at their coach right now, this is how you loose a locker room.
I don't think he'll ever 'lose' the dressing room, per se. This is a dressing room, which I'll admit has changed somewhat, but 4 years ago wanted Tony Iro as coach (Johnson, Matulino two that made that public). They're quite happy to have a sub-par coach as long as he doesn't push them too hard and can play the role of 'mate' too. Money still comes in. For all the talk of McFadden losing the dressing room, players were always strong in their appraisal of him. They're quite comfortable that if things go pear-shaped the coach can cop the blame again. It's only when the playing squad demands and desires results that coaches lose the dressing room.
