Sorry, but we need to sack another coach - the problem really is we keep appointing shit ones - despite having mountains of evidence clarifying how shit they are

Does Stephen even watch the games? No seriously. He mustn't actually watch the footy because he's in la la land.

But for the record I'll be watching for sure.

It's a Saturday 5pm game, perfect - I'm no chance of watching with 2 kids that eat and go to bed around that time.

I'll MySky it, and send a simple text to a mate - 'shall I bother watching'. If he says no, 2 hrs of my life saved.

Incidentally, only us and the Knights are 0-6 on the road. The Dogs are 1-4 but that doesn't include their 'home' game v us.

'It's only a problem if we talk about it' could go full meme. I'll say it to the mrs this weekend after a bender...'it's only a problem if we talk about it'. Selling a leaky home? 'It's only a problem if we talk about it'.

the titans very very rarely play poorly, they can come back from being down, the games they lose are close. They are mentally very strong and need a win badly.....all that and with no gavet the warriors will really struggle.....and will sit around 14 on the table on monday.......wtf! kiwi spine! new coach! best pre season ever....blah blah blah

Dont be like that. Support the boys!!

Hoffs 300 game for us to this week. We don't get too many good Aussie players and this former Storm/NSW/Kangaroo might be in the twilight years of his career but he still goes good.

Zero, you're like a haunted, punch-drunk boxer, long retired but still hearing his name being chanted in the dressing room before a big fight.

Or maybe I should just speak for myself? I still hear the Warriors chant. It can hit me at any time, at home, on the train, down at the supermarket, at an important work meeting, when I'm alone and in company...

Sometimes, before I catch myself, I'll accompany it with a bit of a Stacey Jones jig in the kitchen, or a Rubin Wiki war-cry up the hallway, or lying flat in bed, ala Krisnan Inu, and having the glorious, match-winning ball fall into my waiting arms..

...it's a haunting reminder of something lost.

Warriors! Warriors! Warriors!...

Stephen Kearney, already nearly at Bluey level of incompetency...
sure - but everyone knew that from his spell at the Eels - these clowns are fully geniused - let Cleary go, appoint McLennan, then appoint Elliott who at least understands football but was a demonstrated shit coach, then appoint McFadden and extend him on the basis of nothing, then sack him and appoint Kearney who at club level seems to be ok as an assistant (provided the head coach is Bellamy or Bennett - that's also an important point) and has shown himself to be an appalling head coach (his win record is laughable, especially when you look at the rosters he's had which haven't been 25% rosters).

They'll put together a reasonable performance one week soon against a depleted or injured lineup (embarrassing that they couldn't put Penrith away, or an already understrength Eels who were decimated in the game) - and he'll have another game like the Broncos one that is ok to talk about

Sssshhhh, We're not supposed to talk about it.
Problem only exists if we discuss it.

Ayshford has some work ons though, could be his last game for the season.

Also Mannering to reggies, not dynamic enough and no offload. Doesn't train as hard as Kata either.

Should have thrown the cheque book at Geoff Toovey or Uncle Ives ffs, instead of signing the biggest dud there is.

Like I said before, being a Warriors fan is something that should be told to you by a doctor. I dont know whats wrong with me but no matter how crap we are, all is forgiven before the next kick off.

I can still hear the Warriors chant champ. Warriors 4 life!

"I'm doing what I feel is best for the team," Kearney told D'Arcy Waldegrave on Radio Sport. "That my job and I don't take that lightly. I need to make sure I have trust in the guys. When the tough decisions have to be made I'll make them."

What exactly is he trusting them to do? Or is it he wants them to trust him? Good to see he's up for the tough decisions - I for one have been questioning that, but clearly he'll make them when they're needed. Glad we have that clarified

I still backed Kearney to be able to do a good job for us. Or was I just after anyone to replace Cappy? I cant remember. I was one of the ones that was happy with Kearneys appointment. All I know is we can still make the 8, yeah I said it.
