hoping the side runs out like

1.Burt
2.Inu
3.TT
4.Williams
5.Reddy
6.Mateo
7.Finch
8.Cayless
9.MK
10.Paulo
11.Hindmarsh
12.Weller
13.Robbo

14.Riddell
15.Cordoba
16.Moi Moi
17. Wagon

I think you're spot on Pazza. TT seems like he's best at centre, and isn't that where Williams plays. And Reddy is best on the wing, not in the centres. Fui and Piggy off the bench also good.

I think you are all reading too much into Tony Williams in first grade. He is just the next outside back on the list. Who else was he going to select with the dropping of Grothe and Hayne out?

Reportedly Uiasele would have been called up had he not been injured.

James Grehan and Jono Wright have been in decent enough form and probably deserve the chance ahead of a bloke who now won't be here next year.

If this is the case why hasn't he been playing for Wenty? If Wenty is the old PL what is the story with the outside backs that are playing there?

Would have thought that If guys like KK and williams are showing enough promise to be fringe nrl players then surely it would be in the clubs and the players best interest to play them against full grown adults rather than run them around in a kids comp.

Is winning the Toyota cup comp now deemed more important than the old PL comp and the players are being held back accordingly? If so it seems to be cutting off your nose to spite your face. If he is a slacker when he plays against the kids how will he go against the men? Or is it a case that as the eels don't have a team in the Jim Beam cup then they would rather not have their players play there unless forced to by age constraints.

There is that thought going around between some people yes. Personally, I think Tony's stint at Wenty (1 game) was alright but not great. Personally Jono Wright would have been my pick.

Have to question why we even have a part time squad. At this stage of proceedings Tony will be the only player that is not a part of our first grade 25 that has played first grade.

It appears more likely that the Under 20's players will be used ahead of them unless for some strange reason Latimore, Wright, Grehan, Uiasele and B. Wright get a look in before the end of the season. With Wenty sitting in fourth spot, regardless of the apparent gap between the two grades, they should at least be looking at being promoted ahead of some of these young kids who in recent weeks have jardly shown a great deal of form.
