Kenin played well, so did Barty, Barty had set points in both sets so it could have easily been a straight sets victory to Barty. Kenin worked out Bartys sliced back hand .
Oh well another year goes by since Chris O Neil won back in 1978 and 1980 when Wendy Turnbull made the final.
Just showed Wendy Turnbull on ch 10 news, she has hoofed on the weight but I used to love watching her play , saw her many times at White City including the final of the NSW Open in 1980 where she saved 7 match points when she beat Pam Shriver.

It is getting harder to argue against Novak eventually being the best tennis player to walk the Earth.
