You have to wonder what the reasons for this weight gain was. I know he was injured so this could have contributed, but I wonder if it was a direction from the coaching staff to put on more size?

Well they shifted him to prop in reggies, so I suspect that it was at the club's direction.

He started the year at edge forward though, so I think the coaching staff decided the weight gain had been unhelpful, and moved him into the middle where lateral movement is less important.

We can thank our former recruitment manager for palming off the waratahs, several NZ super 15 sides and the panthers for his services...

Tanginoa is still the best thing since Hindy except injuries have halted his progress

What are the chances though keeping him beyond next year mate??? He is a must re-signing as far as i'm concerned.

That will be interesting, we all realise that the Wobblietahs are battling to get decent funding, I spoke to a Islander parent on the weekend at my junior club. He said that boys are looking more to playing league, as even the good ones are having to go o/s for decent cash

He mentioned some Wobbly that has gone to Japan or France, not that I knew who he was, said it is becoming an issue to younger players looking to get an opportunity to make a career and support their family

They're talking about the Honey Badger, who is a dead ringer for the Rik Mayall 'Lord Flashheart' character in Blackadder.

That's a very dopey statement to make...

I still believe loko will come back to bite us

Sorry Stagger I was taking the Pi$$ -Your one of the few people on here I take seriously.

As far as Loko goes im not so sure.Even if he does come good we have Tepai-Pauli Pauli and Manu Mau, all who would be costing less and aren't injury prone. And second rowers where Loko's future lies.I think we did the right thing the more I think about it.I mean would you trade Loko for any of those three?
