Since you seem to be an expert on the Wanderer, and i'm a lazy bugger, what is the membership cost for the Wanderers and how many home ground games do they have?

5,000 members in their first year is a fantastic effort.

Not sure about all their packages, but they are currently offering this which is a fantastic offer!

$70 for a membership, 4 games of your choice (including the second Sydmey derby) free public transport to games and all those tricket thingy's that memberships offer.
$140 for a family membership for the same thing.

Would they have mostly been supporting Sydney FC last year, and now dropped them like a hot potato? What sort of fan would do that?

Id's say they are a mix of FC turncoats and warring westies.

Safe to say the FC fans are now just toffs from the east and north (such as yourself) - and cool people from the south.

Thanks Suity. Amazing what a bit of innovation in terms of membership can do.

The Eels should put together a a 3 game cheap membership for the Cows/Sharks/Roosters games given they are pretty low drawing games.

Well I am still on the Fence in regards to the A-League club I support.

When the A-League first started I followed the CCM for a year as the were the bulk of the old Parramatta Power, I was thinking coach player colours.

Then I had to be serious I could never go an support them, so I decided to follow the FC, more because I was born and raised in Sydney, and I follow City in the EPL (though a family connection) so Sky blue was easy.

But now with the Wanderers. It is a tough thing, I am starting to look at the club the Wanderers want to be, and they are appealing.

Also on Striders list of old club, there was also the Parramatta Malita Eagles, then the Parramatta Power, who’s soul goal was to provide year long tenants at the Stadium in a chance that it would get upgraded or even Better given to Parramatta to run with government money.

Funnily enough I was just down at the Football club getting my 2013 badge and saw their to-do list for memberships on the white board in the Memberships office, 10 game memberships & 3 game memberships are items 1 and 3.

So who knows.

I am sure Bart will be happy.

It's sounds like a win for FC. They rid themselves of the flamethrowing turncoat troublemakers.

Sounds good, although I think Bart is looking for a 6 game membership (he can't make two of the Parra Stadium games). I'm sure the membership department can accommodate him.

We still have to take 10 wickets with one bowler down. It's ours to lose.

Based on the No. of overs left, they only need 3 an over BTW.

our bowling attack is a worry but the pitch seems to be deteriorating fast which may just get us over the line of the weather doesn't intervene

I have absolutely no idea what any of the crap on this page means.

I'll translate into Footy-speak for ya.

It's a game of two halves, and each side has given 110% thus far, however Aus have gone out to a big lead, and though we've had an injury after using all of our subs, we should be far enough in front to hold them off.

In this analogy, are we Parramatta, or one of the other 15 teams who can actually hold a lead in the final ten minutes?
