So the NSW Governments cheap and nasty contribution to the 2nd Airport is this ?
So if my carrier flies out of Badgery's Creek, I have to (drive or ) get the feral train out to St Marys or Liverpool and change for the new line.

Compare that to (say) Hong Kong. There you go to their Central Station. Check your bags in with your airline at the train station. Then jump on the airport express with your carry-ons which takes you in comfort to the airport 40 mins away.
They have a great opportunity not to f**k this up. Abbott is only pledging $2.9b for roads. The rest is up to NSW and private enterprise. Considering that the feds are shelling out $5.5b per annum for the paid parental leave scheme, it's really not good enough.
