I am reading Lovecraft at the moment. I need a f**king dictionary for this stuff. Did you know singular means unusual? And noisome has nothing to do with noise.

I just tend to stop reading, or don't even really start. I couldn't get past page 1 of the first Game of Thrones book. The worst book that I read to completion is The Secret River by Kate Grenville. It had been recommended to me by someone who I now realise is a f**kwit. To be the fair the book isn't terrible.
