lost to manly after being up 12 nil.

lost the next week by 1 to Newcastle. out the back door.

1995 grand final. Canterbury bated hoppa and it won em the game even though manly were massive favorites.

we led 20-8 against Manly early in the 2nd half, and lost 24-20.

we led Newcastle 12-0 and lost 19-18.

Manly were just asking to be beaten by someone, and only Canterbury who came from 8th were able to do so.

Yeah I was at both games, heartbreak. I nearly got into a fight with a Knights supporter when he baited me walking up the steps.

I was just so angry and upset and here's this genius goading me... my pot boiled. Luckily he could see the anger in my eye's and backed away. Some lady was yelling out to calm down, that got me walking up the friggen steps again. That was worse than 99 for me I reckon.
