No it wasn't.

It was clear he didn't make the line on the zoomed in replay that he dropped the ball before the line. I don't have access to it so the best I can do is the highlights on NRL.com. This is as far as he got with the possession of the ball.

The best part is where Klein is. Thank f**k they overruled his guess.

For the record I don't think Austin scored. As has been pointed out by others, it's the processes that are flawed. It wasn't conclusive at all.

There's no way in hell that would have been overruled if the teams were swapped.

That doesn't show the ball conclusively short of the line either.

The fact it took Patten 93 seconds to make a decision shows he had doubts too.

And that's the real issue here. Once again the NRL just throws its own processes out the window when they feel it suits them.

I have hated having the refs call influence the bunker decision since the inception of this process, but it's even sillier when you have referees like Klein 8m behind the play with obstructed view trying to make a call that the video ref has to refute.

There's three other referees. Klein doesn't make the decision on his own.

For the record in normal speed on the telecast I thought try. We had a pretty good shot of it too. I can understand the refs making that call.

Well if you honestly believe that then there is really nothing more to discuss.

The fact it took Patten 93 seconds to make a decision shows he had doubts too.

It took them about 5 seconds after they zoomed in to see where he dropped it... not sure why they didn't do that in the first place.

Yes you're just here to assert nonsense without any kind of evidence to back it up, and pretending evidence to the contrary doesn't exist. Thanks for your input.

You produced the evidence that supports the factual statements I made, sweetheart.

Thanks for your input.
Let me know if you require assistance with anything else.

I could have sworn he scored live , after the replays and replays and replays ... still thought it was inconclusive therefore it should have been awarded going by the live decision ... Didn't think that was able to be changed if the replays dont clearly show it ... which they didn't ... going by the screen at the ground
