The fact is the rules weren't followed yet again.
yes they were

you guys are killing me. I would have called try for Austin but forward pass for Croker {just} {maybe} {possibly}
So in the game tonight there's 10 minutes to go and Raiders are staging a comeback at 12 - 24. Raiders put in a cross field kick, Greg Eden jumps at the ball and takes a swipe at it and deflects it forward into Brenko Lee who also then knocks it forward. However Lee is the one who gets called for the knock on. The replay is shown before the scrum packs clearly showing the knock on from Eden. Broncos still end up getting the scrum feed 10m out from their own line.
So what happened to bunker intervention?
I don't expect them to overrule ALL incorrect decisions, however the bunker can and does intervene to overturn a decision when play has stopped waiting for scrums to form.Nothing happened. Nothing out of the ordinary anyway. They don't overrule ALL incorrect decisions, just some here and there.

Yeah, I agree with that.Not all the time but. Its a f**king lucky dip.
They should have nothing to do with anything but ruling on tries when the onfield refs call for them.
They either double check all knock-ons or none. The idea that they grab a few here and there being okay is beyond stupid.
Yeah, I agree with that.
I accept that there are going to be wrong calls in games. In fact, it's an unavoidable byproduct of having a fast flowing game. I just cannot understand how with four officials on the field supported by three officials in the bunker a rule like this can be applied so inconsistently. It really is a lucky dip like you said.

It was ruled as back off Eden and forward off Lee, otherwise would have been overturned no doubt.So in the game tonight there's 10 minutes to go and Raiders are staging a comeback at 12 - 24. No they didn't.? Should of gone to spec savers? Ha? Even the commentators said it was a knock back from Eden....
Which he did..if he did knock it on it
So the video ref does not make errors? Interesting.would have been overturned.
I'm not sure how you can swipe at the ball (towards your opponent) and deflect the ball forwards and it not be a knock on.lee was closer to the try line then Eden. I don't know how you knock it on and it have the ball go backwards
Replay shows otherwise.It was ruled as back off Eden and forward off Lee

You can hear the ref say before the scrum packs down "check if it was a knock-on by Brisbane". The bunker checked it and ruled it wasn't, so it's not about intervention being a lucky dip in this case. Whether you want to debate the correctness of the call, that's a different story.Replay shows otherwise.
