There was a gap, watch the footage. Afoa went for the gap. As he approached the gap, Sezer moves in (initiating contact), at which the gap is closed. By this time, Afoa had nowhere to go. He can't stop, nobody physically could in that position.
lmao. Its a decoy runners job to create gaps by confusing the defense.
After watching that replay a few times it's quite clear that Sezer has eyes for Afoa. That was a good decoy play from the Warriors and a bad read from Sezer.
