I'm keen for Black Panther but it's jammed between Thor, which leads directly into Infinity War, Justice League and then Infinity war itself. Easy to see why it may be under the radar a bit.
This probably sums it up for me.

Coogler is a fantastic young director, go see Fruitvale Station and Creed if you haven't done so already.

I will see this as I am a huge movie buff too, but the excitement is little-to-none - which may be a good thing in the end. You usually enjoy the movies you have no expectations from.

I’m just loving the fact we have Thor next week rolling into Justice League in November and then into The Last Jedi in December and now in to Black Panther in Feb going into Infinity War in April...

I’ve saved a heap of movie money in anticipation of this summer...

That’s kinda how i felt about the last Spider-Man... I thought it was going to be rubbish... it ended up surprising the hell out of me...

I’m tempering my expectation on Justice League... I was so disappointed in Suicide Squad and as you said it’s better to go in with low exceptations...

A good mate of mine whos opinion on movies i highly trust saw an adavace screening...

He said that it it’s definitely the funniest superhero movie in either the MCU or Fox or DC....

It avoided being hit and miss like GOTG2 kinda was..

But he said it beat GOTG and Deadpool mainly on the style of humour??

The laughs were more organic... and you could tell there was a shitload of improv... as the reactions of the characters to the lines made it look genuinely funny... which is kinda Taikas style.

But he said it definitely wasn’t the best film in the MCU... he said that kinda hype going on at the moment is kinda misplaced as he thought it wasn’t even in his top 3(one of the first two Iron Mans, Winter Soldier & The Avengers were his top 3).

He said it was REALLY good... and definitely worth going to watch it a few times as it goes so fast that it seemed like he missed a heap of it...

But he said that it doesn’t surprise him it’s getting a high rotten tomatoes score... as you’d be hard pressed to say it’s rotten... because it doesn’t suck...

But he said he would judge it more on a site like Metacritic..

Thor was f**king fantastic. Waitit was f**king hilarious as Korg...every scene he’s in is a pants-wetter

It is so far removed from the other two movies it’s not even funny, and it is by far the best of the three

The movie finished an hour ago and I’m still giggling like a school girl. I honestly cannot remember the last movie that actually made me laugh out loud as much as this one did.

I think I’m gonna have to download Taikas other movies. If they’re anything like Thor then I think I’m going to enjoy them

I’m glad to hear it’s sounding great.

I pulled my 6yr old out of school for the day... :joy::joy:

We will be going to watch it in an hour... #BadFather

Interesting that after 67 reviews rotten tomatoes still has it at 99%

It’s certainly looks like it’s rating well...

But I remember Taika’s other films did well on RT also...

Just checked now... Boy got 87%, What we do in the shadows got 96% and Hunt for the Wilderpeople got 97%.

Thinking back on it after a good half a day later...

How funny was Korg... apparently Feige wants to use him more across the MCU.

I’d love to see him in GOTG... Korg and Drax together would be a riot...

#PissOffGhost :joy::joy:
Korg was the true star of that movie. Definitely needs to feature more. I really want to go see it again just so I can wet myself laughing at Korg

I thought it was a good fun popcorn movie

Lots of laughs and Hulk and Thor worked great together

But not as funny as deadpool

I'd love more Korg, but considering how Infinity War supposedly starts he could be on the wrong end of Thanos f**king shit up.

Also the post credit scene
Any clues as to who they encountered?

Oh and the Matt Damon cameo was brilliant.

There's no way it's anyone other than Thanos.
