If you are happy with the direction Marvel are heading good for you, since Endgame the quality and the writing has dropped off alarmingly. She Hulk was one of my favourite characters from the Comics she replaced the thing in the fantastic 4 for a while. But yeah bad woman touched me........ But her new show looks absolute dogshit. Ms Marvel??? Really??? Iron Heart??? Echo???? Ummm no thanks.


I'm hoping Thor isn't another bait and switch because i loved Ragnarok, as i said if you like where they are heading thats great but that doesn't mean i have too.

Dr Strange was a Wanda movie, Loki was all about Sylvie, Hawkeye was the Kate Bishop experience. MoonKnight was all about his insufferable wife. How long was he actually Moonknight in the show?? Less than 10 mins and even then he had to be saved multiple times by the Egyptian superhero. Hopefully Thor is about Thor and not a passing of the Torch to Jane Foster. I mean it's his 4th movie and he is 1500 years old and he is still trying to find himself........

Hawkeye was definitely more about Kate Bishop… and unfortunately I still haven’t seen Dr Strange so I can’t speak on that…

But Loki was definitely about Loki and his overall growth as a character… Sylvie had her big moment at the end but it was still very much about Loki.

Moon knight didn’t have much Moon knight in it… but it certainly wasn’t about Layla… her becoming an avatar meant nothing to the overall story IMO… It was about Marc Spector and Steven Grant…. And Oscar Isaac was definitely the star of the show…

Sylvie who was super amazing at everything and self taught with her magic, while Loki was a dope who got kicked in the balls at every opportunity. Loki is one of Marvels best villians but he was a narcissistic dope throughout all this. Loki had already grown with his arc from being a selfish merkin to only worrying about himself and power from the first Thor movie onwards to his redemshum arc in giving up his life for others in Infinity War.


There was no Moon knight in Moon knight, i really enjoyed the first episode but once Layla turned up it was the Layla show. How man times did she save Steven??? How many times did she save Mark??? Then Moon Knight??? Even Konshu, now she is a super hero so instead of setting up and introducing Moon Knight they introduce the Scarlet Scarab origin story. The "I'm an Egyptian super hero" line was so cringey. There was still enjoyable stuff in all the shows and movies but the writing quality has dropped off alarmingly since Endgame. When you find out the majority of the people writing or directing the shows haven't read the comics or barely know anything about the characters. Raimi admitted he hadn't watched Wandavision and when they were starting filming Dr Strange they didn't even know what the ending was. It was a mess and it shows, Raimi again got done bad from Marvel just like Spiderman 3. Hopefully Thor is as good as Ragnarok but after the trailer it's looking like more of the same.

Agree with Shiz, Moon Knight wasnt about Layla but about Marc/Steven and their history together. If anything, Laylas story was shoehorned in on the side to fill a gender slot

The journey of discovery for both Marc and Steven was the big focus. How Steven was "created" and the discovery by both that reality for them was certainly not what was at face value. Ive read all of MKs comic run from the 70s until the current ones and his story is nearly always about Marc and his personalities and not about his MK persona

Do you read the comics? Jane is named Thor in the comic run the movie will be loosely based on, and Odinson is fine with relinquishing the name and Mjolnir. I'm reading it at the moment. It makes perfect sense for it to be just as much about her as it is him.

Lol mate I haven’t watched a CW show since Arrow season 3 or 4. We all know that’s shit but Marvel set such a high bench mark and since Endgame the quality is just not there.

Halfway through Stanger things season 4 and it's brilliant, the Boy's season 3 about to drop and it's another fantastic show. Same as Peacemaker, well written, clever and hilarious with characters you actually care about. It's not rocket science. Marvel are losing what made them so great. But yeah i'm just a whiner who is never happy lol.
