Yes to bothI really enjoyed 3. It felt like it had stakes, and there was some real emotion to it. As per usual, the soundtrack slapped.
I will say this though:
Probably the most violent Marvel film? By some margin? Also, the first unfiltered f-bomb in the whole franchise unless I'm mistaken.
It’s interesting…This movie is probably more a free kick for DC than anything. It’s the first marvel movie I’ve been excited to see since No way home.
I just saw it today… maybe it’s still too fresh and I need to wait abit…
but to me… it might be the best comic book film I’ve ever seen.
f**king perfection!
the animation… the music… the voice acting… just absolute f**king perfection!
the only negative I have is that I have to wait a whole f**king year for the follow up.
Yup…It definitely competes with the Dark Knight for me
The run time was 2 hours 16 minutes and it flew by. That’s a great sign of how good this film is
The whole theatre groaned when the ending appeared because everyone obviously wanted more. A back to the future 2 type ending and I loved it.
I’ll have to watch it again to get a real gauge where this film is, but there aren’t too many sequels better than this in cinema history. Godfather 2, Empire Strikes Back, T2, Dark Knight come to mind
If they pull off the third, this could be the top of many people’s trilogy lists.
Yup…
I don’t wanna overhype it as it’s still real fresh so I’ve got that recency bias going full tilt… lol
But half way through the year and I reckon at worst it should be in the conversation for a nomination for best picture… and at best it should f**king win the thing.
the only reason it wouldn’t would be because it’s animated and it’s a comic book film… which on their own probably counts them out normally… SMH
That cliffhanger ending was brilliant because even though we all knew going in it was going to have one…
the way they did it with all the roads leading towards a climax then the big twist/reveal that Miles was in a different universe it all happened so late that it left a whole heap of options on where the story can go.
whereas with infinity war we kind of all figured out that time travel was the only way they could really go.
also to me all the plot twist’s actually made perfect sense and weren’t just thrown in like some film tend to do it… like the fact Miles was the original anomaly and how he got it.. which was why he wasn’t invited…
then that the machine took Miles to the other universe where the spider came from… both well thought out twists which weren’t just thrown in for shock value like f**king the Martha bullshit from BvS or that stupid new element Tony’s dad left for him in Iron Man 2…
Yeah, I think you need to wait a bit . I thought it was really good, not as good as the first one (which I loved) andYup…

Just saw The Flash. Best parts are the overall story, Keaton back as Batman and Ezra Miller’s performance/s.
The ending seemed like fan fic and I’m not sure how much changed from what it was originally after the whole new DCU plans.
I didn’t mind it up until the finale… although it was probably a little more predictable than I hoped it would be.I thought the whole series was pure garbage, the finale was the cherry on top. Another great character Disney has destroyed. Fury got the Jake Skywalker and Dementia Jones treatment.
Now we have a character that's ridiculously OP, Marvel is going downhill fast.I didn’t mind it up until the finale… although it was probably a little more predictable than I hoped it would be.
that whole super skull thing was utter garbage…
