Did anyone see tuesdays leader with plans for more housing from boat harbour down to greenhills? The shire aint getting smaller.

Also at the cronulla high presentation this week was Ben Ross, reps from cronulla leagues, bluestone and breen. I guess alot of that has to do with the cronulla caringbah and water polo development there.

Imagine living there ,club and ground next door,medical,retail facilities within spitting distance ditto restaurants,short walk to Wanda beach,water views with many units.You could live there and not have to leave town,and be carted out in a box.\\\\/

The development has set high standards.Having the little deuce coupe in residence.would lower them considerably.

A friend of mine has registered interest in a 1 bedroom apartment, no higher than the 3rd floor.

Been told he is at the far end of the que, and the going rate is 450k, not bad at all.

Imagine being high enough to watch the games from your window.. now would't that be swell.

And walking around the oval to the King Wa. Up here in The Park we had a good chow shop no where near as good as the Kings but for a little town it was great. The old cooks missus took ill and he had to leave town for her medical care.

Long story short... the replacements were crap ..... over time the owners eventually closed the shop .... a new chinese take away has opened that is complete crap.

I miss the chow tucker.... life can be so cruel at times.

Anyway back to the development..... sorry my mind just wandered.
