I don't know how the retail is set out, however I really hope that Sharkies open up a beer garden separate to the club.

Trap all those that think it's cool to drink away from the club on game day.

There is a 1000 square metre deck looking over the water through to the city, i would say that is where the people will go.

There is an open air cinema on top of the building closest to toyota that i assume would be for residents only, as i said earlier, its impressive

I had a good look at the artist impressions, it does look pretty amazing.
the old "artists impression" has come along way since the rough old HB sketchings we used to see back in the day.

You can easily see the deck which looks out over the bay towards the city. If they can pull this off anywhere near as good as the modelling looks, this is going to be sick.

Interestingly, that first pic doesn't show room for PB Stand extensions.

Agree, it does look sick though. Fully ;-)
